目的研究探讨16排螺旋CT血管成像技术(CTA)在临床对主动脉夹层的诊断意义。方法选我院2010年2月至2012年6月共23例患有主动脉病变的患者,用16排螺旋CT成像技术(CTA)进行扫描,并通过技术处理,运用多平面重组、最大密度投影、曲面重建、容积再现对疑似病变部位进行分析比对。结果 16排螺旋CT成像技术优于以往的检测仪器,成像更清晰迅速准确。结论 16排螺旋CT血管成像技术是更精确的检查方法,建议临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of 16-slice spiral CT angiography (CTA) in the diagnosis of aortic dissection. Methods Twenty-three patients with aortic lesions from February 2010 to June 2012 in our hospital were scanned with 16-slice spiral CT imaging (CTA). Through technique processing, multiplanar reconstruction and maximum density projection , Surface reconstruction, volume reproduction of the suspected lesion analysis and comparison. Results 16-slice spiral CT imaging technology superior to the previous detection equipment, imaging more clearly and quickly. Conclusion 16-slice spiral CT angiography is a more accurate method of examination and is recommended for clinical application.
