本实验使用BDF1雌性小鼠75只,分动情周期和妊娠初期两组。免疫组织化学LSAB法对小鼠子宫内膜中细胞外基质(ECM),包括I、IV和V型胶原蛋白(CL),层粘连蛋白(LN)和纤维粘连蛋白(FN)进行染色,目的为探讨胚泡着床的微环境。结果ECM在动情周期变化不明显,而妊娠第4~6天LN、FN和V型CL增多,I型和IV型CL减少;妊娠7、8天LN、FN和V型CL减少,I型和IV型CL增多。提示ECM中的LN、FN和V型CL可能是利于胚泡着床的成分,而I型和IV型CL可能是阻止胚泡着床的成分。认为胚泡着床必须在子宫ECM构成的有利微环境中才能顺利进行。
In this experiment, 75 BDF1 female mice were used, divided into estrous cycle and early pregnancy. Immunohistochemistry LSAB method was used to stain extracellular matrix (ECM), including type I, IV and type V collagen (CL), laminin (LN) and fibronectin (FN) in mouse endometrium for the purpose of To investigate the microenvironment of blastocyst implantation. Results The changes of ECM in estrous cycle were not obvious, but LN, FN and V-CL increased, CL of type I and IV decreased on the 4th to 6th day of gestation. The LN of CL decreased at 7 and 8 days, Type IV CL increased. It is suggested that LN, FN and V CL in ECM may be the components that facilitate the implantation of blastocysts. CLs I and IV may be the components that prevent the implantation of blastocysts. It is thought that implantation of the blastocyst must proceed smoothly in the favorable microenvironment formed by the uterine ECM.
