1994年,我们借改善办公条件之机,对这几年来国资管理的报表、企业的请示报告、简报、文稿、文件等资料进行了较为系统的整理。面对一大堆资料,我们采取了按企业分户建立档案的办法,即按产权登记的序号,把占有、使用国有资产的企业单位,逐个按序号排列,建立起每户企业的档案。企业花名册及贴到档案袋的各户企业名称与编号均用电脑打印,分外清晰工整。查找企业资料时只需按花名册的目录索引对号入座寻找,显得方便快捷。我们认为通过建立分户档案,可从纵向
