本文介绍了Prudhoe湾新型的光导纤维井下电视监测系统,并作为诊断工具解决油井生产问题。目前透镜制作技术发展及光电导纤维电缆技术的改进为井下电视监测系统在油田上的应用提供了保证。本文首次提供了应用光纤井下电视系统监测油、套管的实例。这种操作能检测自喷条件下进入井筒的流体、检查油、套管的完整性以及方便打捞作业、光电导系统比其它井下诊断方法或同轴电缆井下电视监测系统提供更全面的判别能力和更多的操作优点。本文还综述了首次光纤电缆应用以来一些进展情况。
This article introduces a new fiber optic downhole television monitoring system in Prudhoe Bay that serves as a diagnostic tool to solve well production problems. At present, the development of lens manufacturing technology and the improvement of photoconductive fiber cable technology provide a guarantee for the application of downhole television monitoring system on the oilfield. This article for the first time provides an example of using optical downhole television systems to monitor oil and casing. This operation detects fluid entering the wellbore under spray conditions, inspects the integrity of the casing and casing, and facilitates salvage operations. The photoconductive system provides a more complete discriminating power than other downhole diagnostic methods or coax downhole TV monitoring systems and More operational advantages. This article also summarizes some of the progress made since the first fiber optic cable application.
