为给功能性内窥镜鼻窦手术提供解剖指导。通过12个头颅(全部男性)24例鼻腔外侧壁的观察,测量了以筛漏斗为中心的附近区域解剖结构。上鼻甲长15.6±2.8mm,宽4.7±1.1mm;中鼻甲长36.7±3.4mm,宽10.4±3.4mm;下鼻甲长42.7±3.6mm,宽12.3±1.7mm;钩突长22.8±3.2mm,高4.3±1.7mm;筛泡长19.3±4.1mm,高6.5±2.1mm;半月裂长24.5±2.3mm。并发现6侧中鼻甲被后组筛窦气化,有3侧中鼻甲骨向中鼻道反突。时有关鼻腔外侧壁重要解剖的测量数据和毗邻关系的了解,有助于提高功能性内窥镜鼻窦手术的安全性和手术效果。
To provide anatomical guidance for functional endoscopic sinus surgery. Anatomy of the area around the sieve funnel was measured by observing the lateral wall of the nasal cavity in 12 heads (all men). The upper turbinate is 15.6 ± 2.8mm long and 4.7 ± 1.1mm wide; the middle turbinate is 36.7 ± 3.4mm long and 10.4 ± 3.4mm wide; the inferior turbinate is 42.7 ± 3.6mm long and 12.3 ± 1.7mm wide; the rhizome is 22.8 ± 3.2mm long, High 4.3 ± 1.7mm; sieve length 19.3 ± 4.1mm, high 6.5 ± 2.1mm; half-moon length 24.5 ± 2.3mm. And found that 6 sides of the middle turbinate gasification of the posterior ethmoid sinus, there are 3 sides of the middle turbinate to the nasal convolution. When the important anatomy of the lateral nasal wall anatomy measurement data and understanding of the adjacent relationship, will help to improve the safety of functional endoscopic sinus surgery and surgical results.
