国家超低排放环保政策的相继出台,对火力发电厂环保指标提出了更高的要求。面对日益增大的环保压力,华电章丘发电有限公司不等不靠,率先提出“不环保不发电、不安全不生产,环保资金优先投入、人员优先配置、设备优先治理”的“四不三优先”发展理念,主动推行超低排放试点改造,利用3年多时间,投资6.2亿元,先后对全部机组进行超低排放改造。在环保技改项目管理过程中探索管理模式,总结一套适合章丘特色的管理经验,将建设方、监理方、施工方各方力量凝聚在一起,创造了一个又一个建设奇迹,在此期间未发生安全、质量问题,所有项目都按期完成。
