^60Co—γ辐照对烤烟醇化效果的影响

为探讨利用^60Co-γ辐照提高烤烟醇化效果的可行性,以云烟87为供试材料,研究了不同辐照剂量(0,3,6,9,12kGy)的^60Co-γ射线对烤炯菌落数量、化学成分、评吸质量的影响。结果表明:经过辐照处理,烤烟菌落数量普遍大幅度降低,基本消除菌落对烤烟储藏的不良影响,辐照处理对烤烟化学成分和评吸质量有一定影响。6kGy处理能极显著的降低烤烟总糖和还原糖含量(P〈0.01),提高烟碱和总氮含量,改善韵调、香气、余味及V1感,其总体评吸得分最高。
