医学类分段式“专本衔接”是近年来新兴的医学人才培养模式,为保证实现其培养复合型医学人才的教学目标,制定规范合理、行之有效的专本衔接教学管理制度势在必行。而现阶段的管理制度多是由双方的教学管理部门依据各自多年来的教学管理经验而制定,没有考虑专本衔接专业学生的学情特点。本文在着重分析了学生学情的基础上,从教学内容设置、师资统筹分配、教学效果评价、教学理念渗透和转段考试实施等重要方面,对如何制定医学类分段式“专本衔接”的教学管理制度提出了建设性意见。
