本文通过对双风道清选部件的试验研究,论述了风扇转速、筛子振动频率、筛子倾角、筛孔尺寸及前后挡板位置等参数的变化对清选性能和清选质量的影响。 从试验结果看到,由于采用双风道,在不增大清选装置结构尺寸的条件下使清选部件的清选能力提高15~20%左右,籽粒清洁度也有明显提高。 经试验,进一步摸清了清选部件的结构和运动参数及各参数间的配合,为整机设计提供了依据。
In this paper, through the experimental study of the double-duct cleaning components, the effects of the parameters such as the fan speed, the vibration frequency of the screen, the inclination of the screen, the size of the mesh and the positions of the front and rear baffles on the performance of cleaning and the quality of the cleaning are discussed. From the test results, it can be seen from the test results that because of the double air duct, the cleaning ability of the cleaning components can be increased by about 15 to 20% without increasing the structure size of the cleaning and cleaning device, and the grain cleanliness is obviously improved. After the test, to further find out the structure of the cleaning components and the movement parameters and the cooperation of the parameters for the design of the machine provides a basis.
