以聚醚、HTPB、NEPE三种不同粘合剂体系的RDX/AP少烟推进剂为研究对象,用裂解色谱-质谱联用技术分析了它们的裂解产物的组成。发现推进剂中所采用的粘合剂类型不同时,其裂解产物的组成和含量不同,NEPE少烟推进剂基峰44占70%,聚醚少烟推进剂基峰44只占10%,这是造成两类推进剂压强指数不同的原因。
The RDX / AP less smoke propellant of polyether, HTPB and NEPE binder system was used as the research object, and the composition of their pyrolysis products was analyzed by pyrolysis chromatography-mass spectrometry. When the type of binder used in the propellant was found to be different, the composition and content of the cracked product were different. The NEPE less smoke propellant base peak 44 accounted for 70% and the polyether less smoke propellant base peak 44 only 10%, which Is caused by two types of propellant pressure index of different reasons.
