随着我国医院的市场化改革的不断深化,医院的经营环境发生着复杂的变化,在市场经济条件下,医院员工的工作积极性受到来自市场各个方面因素的影响。作为一个自然属性个体,医院员工的工作生活具有多种需求,如果这些需求不能得到满足,那么就会打击员工的积极性,尤其是随着金钱和物质的逐渐丰富,医院更应该需要从精神上和事业上去激励他们。因此,本文分析了精神激励对于调动医院员工积极性的作用,并提出精神激励的工作方式。
