目的建立海狗三鞭丸中淫羊藿苷含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法进行测定研究,色谱条件:采用Agilent Hypersil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱,以乙睛-水液(25:75)为流动相,检测波长270 nm,流速1.0 ml/min。结果HPLC法测定结果显示,色谱峰形好,分离度好,杂质无干扰,淫羊藿苷在0.200~2.00μg内呈现良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.16%(RSD=1.12%),回归方程为y=2083.1x+12.775,r=0.9998。结论该方法分离度高、专属性强、重现好,可有效用于海狗三鞭丸中淫羊藿苷的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of icariin in fur seal. Methods The HPLC method was used for the determination. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: an Agilent Hypersil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with acetonitrile-water (25:75) min. Results The results of HPLC showed that the peak shape was good, the resolution was good and the impurities were not disturbed. The ICC showed a good linearity within the range of 0.200 ~ 2.00 μg with an average recovery of 98.16% (RSD = 1.12%) , The regression equation is y = 2083.1x + 12.775, r = 0.9998. Conclusion The method has the advantages of high resolution, strong specificity and good reproducibility. It can be used to determine the content of icariin in Sealife Sanbianwan.
