我们湖南省常德七一机械厂用新型节能涂料——碳化硅,在0.35与0.56米~2两座小型锻造加热反射炉上进行了10几次对比试验,获得了升温、时间、工件、煤耗以及配方比重等数据,现将效果介绍如下。一、碳化硅的特性碳化硅(又名金刚砂)质系耐火材料,是采用纯度较高的石英砂(含SiO_2不低于97%),拌和焦炭末、锯木屑、食盐等混合物,在特殊的电炉内加热到2000℃左右烧成。配料中加入食盐,是为了排除原料中的有害杂质,如Al_2O_3、Fe_2O_3。加入锯木屑可增加烧成物的气孔率,便于挥发物跑掉。
