[目的]评估南平市放射工作人员个人剂量检测技术能力。[方法]依据《2012年全国放射工作人员个人剂量监测系统比对方案》和《第二届福建省卫生计生监督和食品安全技能竞赛实施方案》的要求实施。根据比对结果,对质控环节进行评估,找出不足原因。[结果]比对结果总体合格。但2012年检测数据中第3组和第4组的单组性能偏差接近-10%,射线类型为80 k V的X线的两组结果偏差为-14.3%和-19.9%,数据结果不很理想。环境因素导致设备的异常状态是影响比对结果的主要制约因素。[结论]南平市个人剂量监测技术总体符合《外照射个人剂量系统性能检验规范》(GB 207-2008)规定的要求,但个人剂量检测的质量控制需进一步加强,以保证个人剂量监测数据的准确性。
[Objective] To evaluate the technical ability of personal radiation dose detection in Nanping City. [Method] Based on the requirements of “Comparison Plan of Personal Dose Monitoring System for National Radiation Workers in 2012” and “Implementation Plan of Health Care Supervisory of the Second Fujian Province and Food Safety Skills Competition in Fujian Province”. According to the results of the comparison, the quality control section to assess, find out the reasons for the deficiencies. [Result] The result of the comparison was generally qualified. However, the single-group performance deviations of group 3 and group 4 were close to -10% in 2012 and those of X-ray of type 80 k V in 2012 were -14.3% and -19.9%, respectively. The results of the data were not very good ideal. Environmental factors lead to the abnormal status of the device is the main constraints affecting the results of the comparison. [Conclusion] Nanping personal dose monitoring technology generally meets the requirements of “GB 207-2008 of External Exposure Personal Dose System Performance Test”, but the quality control of personal dose testing needs to be further strengthened to ensure the accuracy of individual dose monitoring data Sex.
