中职学校是输送食品专业人员的重要渠道,担负着培养食品专业人员的重任,对学生职业道德的培养至关重要,以适应社会对食品专业人才的要求。本文以中职院校实际教学情况出发,提出了加强和提高中职食品专业学生职业道德的方法。
Secondary vocational schools are an important channel for transporting food professionals and assume the important task of cultivating food professionals. They are crucial to the cultivation of students’ professional ethics in order to meet the social demands of food professionals. Based on the actual teaching situation of secondary vocational schools, this article puts forward the methods to strengthen and improve the professional ethics of food majors in secondary vocational schools.
