自主学习作为大学生进行语言学习的重要方法之一,对于提高学生的二语习得能力和增强学习效果有着重要意义。从元认知视角出发,首先论述了元认知和自主学习的理论及二者之间的关联性,并提出了如何运用元认知理论及策略来培养学生的自主学习意识和自主学习能力。
As one of the most important ways for college students to learn English, autonomous learning plays an important role in improving students’ ability to acquire second language and enhance learning effectiveness. From the perspective of metacognition, this dissertation first discusses the theory of metacognition and autonomous learning and the relationship between the two. It also proposes how to use metacognitive theories and strategies to develop students’ autonomous learning and autonomous learning ability.
