目的探讨督导专员在医院质量管理中的作用。方法采用常规督导、专项督导与重点督导相结合的方式,使用个案跟踪、现场查阅资料、访谈等方法 ,督导医院行政、后勤保障管理、医疗质量管理、护理质量管理等内容,根据PDCA循环原理持续改进医院质量。结果查出医院管理工作中的不足,改进工作流程,提高了医院质量和领导满意度。结论督导专员能及时发现工作中的不足,为医院领导决策,完善医院运行管理机制起到了作用,值得医院推广应用。
Objective To explore the role of inspectors in hospital quality management. Methods The methods of routine supervision, special supervision and key supervision were used to supervise the hospital administration, logistics support management, medical quality management and nursing quality management by means of case tracking, on-site access to materials and interviews, etc., and continued to operate according to the PDCA cycle principle Improve hospital quality. The results identified deficiencies in hospital management, improved workflow, improved hospital quality and leadership satisfaction. Conclusion The supervising commissioner can find out the shortcomings in the work in time, which plays a role in the hospital leadership decision-making and perfecting the operation and management mechanism of the hospital, which is worth to be popularized and applied in the hospital.
