在系统分析装备维修保障系统效能各影响要素的基础上,构建了维修保障系统效能评估指标体系。应用BP神经网络的理论和方法,建立了维修保障系统效能评估的神经网络模型;给出了应用特尔菲法与模糊层次分析法相结合确定各指标权重而构造神经网络训练样本的方法。最后进行了实例分析,结果表明该模型可较好地克服人为因素和模糊随机性的影响,具有很高的可信度。
On the basis of systematically analyzing the influencing factors of the system performance of the maintenance and assurance system, the performance evaluation index system of the maintenance and support system is constructed. Applying the theory and method of BP neural network, a neural network model of evaluating the effectiveness of maintenance support system is established. A method of constructing neural network training samples by using the combination of Delphi method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index is given. Finally, an example is given and the results show that the model can better overcome the influence of human factors and fuzzy randomness, and has a high degree of credibility.
