2014年春季(4月6日)和夏季(7月23日)分别种植光温敏无雄穗玉米系I17,田间观测两种不同播期玉米生长发育特征,并应用体视显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察雄穗幼穗分化发育时期及特征。结果发现,春季I17玉米雄穗分化发育可明显分为生长锥突起期、伸长期、小穗分化期、小花分化期和性成熟期共5个特征不同的阶段;夏季I17玉米雄穗畸形发育,可能在生长锥突起期与伸长期之间停止发育直至畸形死亡,无法正常通过生长锥伸长期,最终导致无雄穗发生。
The photo-thermo-sensitive and non-tassel-ear maize lines I17 were planted in the spring of 2014 (April 6) and summer (July 23) respectively. Field growth and development characteristics of two different sowing dates were observed and analyzed by stereomicroscope and scanning electron microscope Observe the differentiation and developmental stages and characteristics of young spikelets. The results showed that the differentiation and development of tassel in spring I17 could be divided into five stages: the conical growth stage, the elongation stage, the spikelet stage, the floret differentiation stage and the sexual maturity stage.
