基于郭家河煤矿特厚煤层回采过程中邻空侧巷道变形严重,以1305工作面回风巷巷道变形为工程背景,开展工作面推进过程中巷道围岩变形观测和采动应力场监测。研究结果表明:随着工作面深入1303采空区,回风巷侧巷道变形速度增大3~5倍;相比于运输巷回风巷侧支承压力峰值深入工作面及巷帮实体煤距离均减小,应力集中系数可达3;1305工作面回风巷巷道大变形是采动应力、采空区侧向支承压力、侧向顶板结构等多重因素耦合作用的结果。针对巷道变形原因提出侧向顶板深孔断顶爆破和小煤柱护巷措施。
