随着科学技术的进步与社会的发展,在人一机配合等问题上,由最初的人去适应机器逐渐转变为使机器适应于人,甚至演化到很多规章制度都要符合人的生理和心理需要,工效学与人力资源管理的联系更加紧密。本文基于功效学视角,结合两者的联系等,浅谈功效学在做好人力资源管理工作中的作用,以期为人力资源管理工作的实践提供参考。
