“全面改善医疗服务,推进医德医风建设”行动,是坚持以病人为中心,以质量为核心,加强卫生行风建设,主动适应医疗卫生体制改革,促进医疗卫生事业科学发展的一项重要举措。我院以此为契机,借鉴国内外先进管理经验,积极开展医疗服务“满意工程”实践,切实把病人满意不满意作为我院工作的出发点和落脚点,把满意度作为评价医院三个文明建设的标准之一,并以此作为学科建设与医德行风建设的重要措施,从而为医院的健康发展提供了可靠的保证。
