目的:研究氮素形态对菘蓝生长、相关酶活性及光合特性的影响,为菘蓝氮肥的合理施用提供一定依据。方法:采用砂培方法栽培菘蓝,测定同一氮素水平不同氮素形态处理下,菘蓝生物量、硝酸还原酶(NR)和谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)活性及光合相关参数。结果:菘蓝生物量随铵硝比的降低先增加后下降,全铵营养(NH4+-N/NO3--N=100∶0)下最小,当NH4+-N/NO3--N为50∶50时最大;提高硝态氮的比例,菘蓝叶片中硝酸还原酶(NR)和谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)活性呈现先升后降的抛物线状变化规律;铵硝比为75∶25时,菘蓝净光合速率最大,全铵营养下最低。结论:适量增硝有利于促进菘蓝的生长、提高相关酶活性和净光合速率。
Objective: To study the effects of nitrogen forms on the growth, the related enzyme activities and photosynthetic characteristics of the bluegrass, and provide some evidences for the rational application of the blue nitrogen fertilizers. Methods: The method of sand culture was used to cultivate radix islani and the biomass, nitrate reductase (NR) and glutamine synthetase (GS) activity and photosynthetic parameters were measured under different nitrogen forms with the same nitrogen level. Results: The biomass of A. rubrum first increased and then decreased with the decrease of NH4 + -N ratio. The NH4 + -N / NO3 - N was the lowest at NH4 + -N / NO3 - N = 100: (P <0.05). The activities of nitrate reductase (NR) and glutamine synthetase (GS) increased firstly and then decreased in pakchoi leaves with increasing the proportion of nitrate nitrogen. When the ratio of ammonium to nitrate was 75:25,菘 blue net photosynthetic rate of the largest, the lowest total ammonium nutrition. Conclusion: Appropriate amount of increased nitrate is conducive to promoting the growth of Isatis indigotica, and improving the related enzyme activity and net photosynthetic rate.
