利用DEFORM-3D对铜母线连续挤压扩展成形过程进行了有限元模拟,获得了挤压40 mm×10 mm铜母线的速度场、温度场和应力应变场。根据后处理结果分析,归纳对金属流动的影响因素,优化了挤压50 mm×6 mm铜母线的模具设计,通过与前者的数值模拟结果的比较分析,发现挤出的铜母线充满状态良好,流动应力较为均匀,并得到了与实际过程相符的金属流动规律。通过扭矩校核表明,优化方案可行。
DEFORM-3D was used to simulate the continuous extrusion process of copper busbar. The velocity field, temperature field and stress-strain field of 40 mm × 10 mm copper busbar were obtained. According to the analysis of the post-treatment results, the influencing factors on the metal flow are summarized, and the die design of the 50 mm × 6 mm copper busbar is optimized. Comparing with the former numerical simulation results, it is found that the copper busbar is fully filled, The flow stress is more uniform, and the law of metal flow is obtained in accordance with the actual process. Torque check shows that the optimization scheme is feasible.
