目的分析多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)妇女血清维生素D水平的情况,为PCOS妇女维生素D补充和风险监测提供指导依据。方法采用病例对照研究,收集150名PCOS患者(PCOS组)和150名健康育龄妇女(对照组)的病历资料,计算体重指数(BMI),测定血清雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡雌激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及25-(OH)VD3水平,并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果 PCOS组25-(OH)VD3水平显著低于对照组(t=-34.61,P<0.05)。将PCOS组分为正常体重、超重及肥胖3组分析,发现正常体重者的25-(OH)VD3水平显著高于超重及肥胖组(P均<0.05)。血清25-(OH)VD3水平与E2呈正相关,与BMI、T、FPG、空腹胰岛素、HOMA-IR、TC、TG呈负相关。结论低血清25-(OH)VD3水平与PCOS密切相关,补充维生素D可能可改善PCOS患者的内分泌紊乱情况。
Objective To analyze the serum vitamin D levels in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and provide guidance for vitamin D supplementation and risk monitoring in women with PCOS. Methods A case-control study was conducted. The medical records of 150 PCOS patients and 150 healthy women of reproductive age (control group) were collected to calculate the body mass index (BMI). The levels of serum estradiol (E2), luteinizing hormone (FSH), testosterone (T), fasting blood glucose (FPG), fasting insulin, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and 25- (OH) VD3 were measured and the insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR). Results The level of 25- (OH) VD3 in PCOS group was significantly lower than that in control group (t = -34.61, P <0.05). PCOS group was divided into normal weight, overweight and obesity three groups analysis found that normal weight 25- (OH) VD3 levels were significantly higher than overweight and obesity group (all P <0.05). The level of serum 25- (OH) VD3 was positively correlated with E2 and negatively correlated with BMI, T, FPG, fasting insulin, HOMA-IR, TC, TG. Conclusion Low serum 25- (OH) VD3 levels are closely related to PCOS. Vitamin D supplementation may improve the endocrine disorders in PCOS patients.
