《学前营养学》是学前教育专业的一门重要的专业课,内容既有深度又有广度。然而,传统“粉笔加黑板”的教学模式存在大量重复性劳动、教学过程难以重现、教学内容受限、师生缺少交流互动、难以及时答疑解惑等问题,严重影响了这门课程的教学效果。微课教学方法可改善该课程课堂教学生态,使学生学习变得更加主动,使教学活动更有目的性、针对性和实效性,可作为传统课堂教学的一种补充资源,提高教学效率。
