在民主社会,法学教育应该以民主为导向,改变当下“多”而“杂”的课程体系,构建少而精的通识课程体系;改变以教师为主导的一言堂教学模式,全面实施以学生为中心的对话式教学,并将培养听、说、读、写的民主技能贯穿于教学的每一环节。
