针对当前高职教育重教学、轻实践的办学特点,围绕金融职业教育,以培养既懂理论又擅长实践的技能型人才为培养目标,建立银行模拟岗位、专项能力训练、综合模拟的职业人才培养体系,力求实现“在工作中学习”的教学目标。创新了教学模式:“十环节”教学法。即把职业技能的训练分为十个环节实施;其特点是教学内容模块化;强调职场习惯或行为培养;教学组织形式中将学徒制、小组制有效融合与教学环节。
Focusing on the characteristics of running a school with emphasis on teaching and practice in higher vocational education, focusing on the training of financial vocational education and cultivating skilled talents who are both good at theory and practice, the Bank established a training system for professional personnel with simulated positions, special ability training and comprehensive simulation System, and strive to achieve “learning at work,” the teaching objectives. Innovative teaching mode: “ten links ” teaching method. That is, the training of vocational skills is divided into ten steps to implement; its characteristics are modular teaching content; emphasize workplace habits or behavior training; teaching organization form apprenticeship, group system effective integration and teaching.
