目的观察两种消毒方法对口腔科诊室空气的消毒效果,为临床选择空气消毒方法提供依据。方法采用自然沉降法采样和细菌培养方法,对紫外线照射法和电子空气消毒净化机消毒空气的效果进行了检测。结果用含氯消毒剂擦拭表面+紫外线灯照射1 h,可使诊室内空气中平均自然菌总数由704 cfu/m3下降到145 cfu/m3,平均减少率为79.4%。用电子空气消毒净化机消毒处理1 h,可使诊室内空气中平均自然菌总数由706 cfu/m3下降到36 cfu/m3,平均减少率为94.9%。结论电子空气消毒净化机对口腔科诊室空气消毒效果优于紫外线灯。
Objective To observe the disinfection effect of two kinds of disinfection methods on the air in the dental clinic and provide the basis for clinical choice of air disinfection methods. Methods The methods of natural sedimentation and bacterial culture were used to detect the effects of UV irradiation and air disinfection of air purifier. Results The surface air + UV lamp irradiation with chlorine disinfectant for 1 h, the average number of natural bacteria in the air inside the clinic decreased from 704 cfu / m3 to 145 cfu / m3, with an average reduction rate of 79.4%. With the disinfection of electronic air disinfection and purifying machine for 1 h, the average number of natural bacteria in the air in the clinic decreased from 706 cfu / m3 to 36 cfu / m3 with an average reduction rate of 94.9%. Conclusion Electronic air disinfection purifier air disinfection of dental clinics better than UV light.
