布鲁氏菌病是由布鲁氏菌引起的,以流产和发热为特征的一种世界性人畜共患慢性细菌传染病,严重威胁着人类和多种动物的生命健康,影响人类正常的生产生活。布鲁氏菌可感染人类、多种家畜和野生动物,给养殖生产者和国家造成经济损失,并引发严重的公共卫生问题。因此,该病的快速准确检测能为预防、治疗提供早期、有效的疫病信息。笔者综述了PCR方法、免疫学ELASA等布鲁氏菌的快速检测技术,这些技术均能准确、快速、特异性地检测出布鲁氏菌。
Brucellosis is caused by Brucella, a worldwide zoonotic chronic bacterial infection characterized by miscarriage and fever, which seriously threatens the life and health of humans and various animals and affects the normal production and life of human beings . Brucella strains can infect humans, a wide range of domestic animals and wildlife, causing economic losses to producers and nations, as well as causing serious public health problems. Therefore, the rapid and accurate detection of the disease can provide early and effective disease information for prevention and treatment. The author summarizes the rapid detection techniques of Brucella, such as PCR method, ELASA immunization, etc., and these technologies can accurately, rapidly and specifically detect Brucella.
