目的 :研究Ki6 7表达在判断星形细胞瘤恶性度中的作用。方法 :收集解放军总医院病理科 1987~1996年间归档的经手术切除、术后放疗且资料齐全的 12 0例星形细胞瘤 ,按WHO(1993)中枢神经系统肿瘤标准分级 ;再应用免疫组织化学方法检测石蜡标本中Ki 6 7的阳性表达率。结果 :Ki6 7在肿瘤不同级别之间表达率差异显著 ;多元回归分析显示该指标是预后的独立危险因素之一 ,生存统计分析显示以 8 5 %为分界点两条生存曲线间时序分析差异显著。结论 :Ki6 7阳性率和病理分级显著相关 ,是评估星形细胞瘤增殖状态的有用指标 ,对判断星形细胞瘤的恶性度有重要价值 ,可以作为病理分级之外新的客观预后参数。
AIM: To study the role of Ki6 7 in determining the malignancy of astrocytoma. METHODS: A total of 120 astrocytomas, surgically excised and postoperatively radiographed, which were archived from 1987 to 1996 in the PLA General Hospital, were collected according to the WHO (1993) Central Nervous System Tumor Standard. Immunohistochemistry Methods The positive expression rate of Ki 6 7 in paraffin specimens was detected. Results: The expression rate of Ki6 7 was significantly different between different tumor grades. Multivariate regression analysis showed that the index was an independent risk factor for prognosis. Survival analysis showed that there was significant difference in timing analysis between two survival curves with 85% as the cut-off point . Conclusion: The positive rate of Ki6 7 is correlated with pathological grade. It is a useful index to evaluate the proliferation status of astrocytoma. It is of great value in judging the malignant degree of astrocytoma and can be used as a new objective prognostic parameter besides pathological grading.
