2004年起,文化创意产业园作为集生产、交易、休闲、居住为一体的多功能园区,在我国得到了初步发展。时下,我们了解到广深佛莞产业圈既拥有发展契机,也面临着园区盲目规划、基础设施不完善、创意人才不足、产品单一等发展问题。本文认为可通过着眼长远规划、健全培养计划和拓展营销渠道等可持续发展措施进行解决,促进文化创意产业园项目的可行性。
Since 2004, as a multifunctional park integrating production, trading, leisure and living, the cultural and creative industrial park has made initial development in our country. Nowadays, we understand that the Guangshen-Dongguan industrial circle has both the development opportunity, the blind planning of the park, the imperfect infrastructures, the shortage of creative talents and the single products. This paper argues that the solution to the project of cultural and creative industries park can be promoted by focusing on long-term planning, improving training programs and expanding marketing channels.
