60kA侧插自焙铝电解槽采用了烟气干法净化技术,净化后的氧化铝物理-化学性质发生了显著变化。氧化铝内含氟为0.83~1.43%,游离碳2%左右,焦油0.9%左右,SiO2和P2O5分别增加2倍,Fe2O3和V2O5均增加了4倍,灼减提高2%左右;中间型氧化铝的粒度破损严重,-320目细粉增加45.6%,比表面积大幅度下降,αAl2O3含量显著增加。载氟氧化铝在电解质中溶解速度降低.结壳特性变差。氧化铝的这些物理化学性质的改变均对铝电解生产工艺有不利影响。
