油菜籽实的发育是光合产物向籽粒运输、转化和累积的过程。脂肪酸是油菜籽粒中脂肪的重要成份,随着籽粒的发育不断的形成和累积,各种脂肪酸的相对含量随着籽粒发育时期的不同而有所变化。本试验在于探讨高芥酸和低芥酸品种不同终花期籽粒中各种脂肪酸的相对含量,分析各种脂肪酸在籽粒发育过程中的变化规律和相互关系,以便了解高芥酸和低芥酸油菜脂肪酸变化的特性。
The development of rapeseed is the process of transport, transformation and accumulation of photosynthetic products to grain. Fatty acid is an important component of the fat in rapeseed.
