目的了解OLYMPUSAU5400模块式全自动生化分析仪的主要性能 ,对该仪器进行评价 ,探讨仪器在“速检”中的应用。使用正常人、病人血清 ,DADE质控和Roche校正血清 ,对ALT、AST、ALB、CLU作精密度、准确度、相关性、线性、样本携带污染率的评价测定。各项目在仪器四个分析系统中检测的批内CV为0.92 %~2.40 % ,日间CV为1.40 %~2.86 % ,结果无显著差异(p>0.05)。与Roche校正血清的相对误差为 -1.32 %~1.10 %。与日立7170A全自动生化分析仪测定结果高度相关(r>0.98)。仪器测定的线性良好。样本携带污染率在0.01 %~0.11 %。OLYMPUSAU5400模块式全自动生化分析仪是一台设计合理且性能优良的仪器 ,适合大批量和“速检”生化样本的检测。
Objective To understand the main performance of OLYMPUSAU5400 modular automatic biochemical analyzer, to evaluate the instrument and to explore the application of the instrument in “quick test”. The accuracy, accuracy, correlation, linearity, and contamination carrying rate of ALT, AST, ALB and CLU were evaluated using normal human serum, DADE quality control and Roche calibration serum. Intra-assay CV was 0.92% -2.40% in the four analytical systems of the instrument, and CV was 1.40% -2.86% during the day, with no significant difference (p> 0.05). The relative error with Roche corrected serum was -1.32% -1.10%. And Hitachi 7170A automatic biochemical analyzer results were highly correlated (r> 0.98). The linearity of the instrument is good. The rate of contamination in the sample is between 0.01% and 0.11%. OLYMPUSAU5400 modular automatic biochemical analyzer is a well-designed and excellent performance of the instrument, suitable for large quantities and “quick test” biochemical samples detected.
