农业是国民经济的基础,2017年“中央一号文件”已连续13年将农业提上日程,可见,如何使农业平稳持发展是我国政府开展工作的重中之重。我国是农业大国,农业以“门槛低”的表象吸引了众多从业者,这也向农业企业人力资源管理提出了挑战。本文重点分析农业企业人力资源存在的问题及发展现状,并提出切实有力的对策,为农业更好更快的发展献计献策。
Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy. In 2017, “Central No. 1 Document” has put agriculture on the agenda for 13 consecutive years. It can be seen that how to make agriculture grow steadily is the most important task for our government. China is a big country in agriculture, and agriculture has attracted many practitioners with its “low threshold”. This has also challenged the management of human resources in agricultural enterprises. This article focuses on the analysis of the problems and development status of human resources in agricultural enterprises, and proposes effective and effective countermeasures to provide suggestions for better and faster development of agriculture.
