目的:对肿瘤放射治疗中物理技术应用中需注意的问题进行分析与总结。方法:先对放射治疗在肿瘤治疗中的地位进行分析,后本文以放射治疗摆位技术控制为例进行总结,并对放射物理技术发展进行阐述。结果:在肿瘤放射治疗物理技术应用中,需对放疗摆位进行质量管控,保证治疗的重复性和准确性,有利于中路的局部控制,也可有效降低不良反应的发生。结论:肿瘤放射治疗中最为关键的就是准确性,而质量控制是肿瘤放射物治疗物理技术控制的重要方法,只有严格落实质量控制措施,才能保证治疗准确性和满意度。
Objective: To analyze and summarize the problems that should be paid attention to in the application of physical technology in tumor radiotherapy. Methods: Firstly, the position of radiation therapy in the treatment of cancer was analyzed. After that, the article summarized the technique of radiation therapy placement and explained the development of radiation physics and technology. Results: In the application of physical therapy of tumor radiotherapy, the quality control of radiotherapy placement should be carried out to ensure the repeatability and accuracy of the treatment, which is beneficial to the local control of the middle road and also can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions. Conclusion: The most critical of radiation therapy in cancer is accuracy, and quality control is an important method of physical and technical control of tumor radiotherapy. Only strict implementation of quality control measures can ensure the accuracy and satisfaction of treatment.
