当代社会,企业竞争日趋激烈,面对残酷的竞争环境,企业要想在众多挑战、竞争中脱颖而出、出类拔萃,掌握一套周全、严密的竞争策略无疑具有重要的作用。当前我国上市公司发展不尽完备,在其发展过程中存在各种各样的问题亟待解决,如果不妥善处理,无论对于公司当前的挑战还是日后的长远发展,都有十分不利的影响。股权激励,作为我国上市公司的一种应战策略,在其推行过程中取得了良好的效益,但企业仍存在发展的动荡性因素以及自身的其它缺陷,股权激励管理体制也因此存在较大漏洞亟待解决。无疑,股权激励管理体制有助于上市公司的进一步发展,因此要有效地对上市公司的股权管理体制进行完善,此举至关重要。
