在航空装备保障控制优化预测问题的研究中,为加强航空装备技术保障质量控制,改进和提高航空装备技术保障质量,提高定性和定量决策能力,在系统分析航空装备技术保障质量评价指标的基础上,构建了航空装备技术保障质量评价指标体系,并针对历年航空装备故障信息分析了航空装备技术保障质量的现状,通过专家咨询法提出了相应的对策措施。运用改进的模糊层次分析法对对策措施的效果进行了预测分析。通过分析可知,“保障能力评估”、“以质量为中心的教育”、“年度保障评估”等措施对改善航空装备技术保障具有明显的控制作用。改进的模糊层次分析法收敛速度快、计算精度高,通过matlab程序仿真计算表明,改进模型科学合理、实用性强,预测结果客观正确。

The improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to predict the effect of countermeasures. Through the analysis, we can see that measures such as “Supportability Assessment”, “Quality-Centered Education” and “Annual Assurance Assessment” have significant control over the improvement of technical support for aviation equipment. The improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process has the advantages of fast convergence and high computational accuracy. The simulation results show that the improved model is scientific and reasonable, practical and predictive objectively correct.
