为探讨玄武岩矿物纤维增强沥青混合料的适用性,通过马歇尔试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、车辙试验、劈裂试验评价了玄武岩纤维沥青混合料的路用性能及力学性能,并从机理上分析了纤维的作用。试验结果表明,沥青混凝土中掺加玄武岩矿物棉纤维能有效提高沥青混合料的抗拉强度及路用性能;掺加短切矿物纤维能提高沥青混合料的抗拉强度及高温稳定性,但抗冻融能力有所降低,在长期浸水或寒冷地区不宜使用。
In order to investigate the applicability of basalt mineral fiber reinforced asphalt mixture, the pavement performance and mechanical properties of basalt fiber asphalt mixture were evaluated by Marshall test, water immersion Marshall test, freeze-thaw splitting test, rutting test and splitting test. Mechanically analyzed the role of fiber. The test results show that the incorporation of basalt mineral fiber in asphalt concrete can effectively improve the tensile strength and road performance of asphalt mixture.
