目的:研究三叉神经节内降钙素基因相关肽(calcitonin generelated peptide,CGRP)的分布及其在伤害性刺激条件下的变化。方法:将 10%福尔马林 150~200 ul注入 8只 Wistar大鼠面口部皮下,1/2、2、12 h取材,用 ABC法行免疫组化染色,图像分析仪测量阳性细胞的积分光密度。结果:(1)CGRP阳性细胞以神经节的外周为著,多为中等细胞(89%)。(2)染色深浅与细胞的大小无关。(3)面口部伤害性刺激条件下,节细胞内CGRP阳性产物的积分光密度在 F1/2 h组较对照组下降(P<0. 05);F2h组较对照组升高(P<0. 001);F12 h组较对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:(1)福尔马林刺激后,三叉神经节细胞中CGRP的积分光密度发生时间相关性变化。(2)在三叉神经系统,CGRP参与伤害性刺激的传递。
Objective: To study the distribution of calcitonin generelated peptide (CGRP) in trigeminal ganglia and its changes under noxious stimulation. Methods: Eight Wistar rats were injected subcutaneously with 10 ~ 200 ul of formalin from 150 ~ 200 ul into the mouth and mouth for 1, 2, 2, and 12 h. ABC immunohistochemical staining and image analyzer were used to measure the positive cells Integral optical density. Results: (1) CGRP-positive cells were located on the periphery of the ganglion, mostly in medium cells (89%). (2) the depth of staining has nothing to do with the size of the cell. Conclusion: (1) The time-dependent changes of integral optical density of CGRP in trigeminal ganglion cells after formalin stimulation. (2) In the trigeminal nervous system, CGRP is involved in the transmission of nociceptive stimuli.
