目的对来自不同血清型的29株假结核耶尔森菌的主要毒力相关基因进行检测及序列分析,初步了解假结核耶尔森菌主要毒力基因的分布与变异情况。方法应用的聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术进行血清学分型与毒力基因(inv、pYV、HPI毒力岛、ypm)检测,并对ypm基因扩增基因进行测序比较。结果29株实验菌株均携带编码侵袭素的inv基因,15株携带毒力质粒(pYV),13株携带全部或部分HPIs基因簇,19株携带ypmA基因,1株携带ypmB基因,1株携带ypmC基因。结论假结核耶尔森菌毒力基因的分布具有一定的多态性。
Objective To detect and sequence the major virulence genes of 29 Yersinia pseudotuberculosis isolated from different serotypes and to understand the distribution and variation of major virulence genes of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis. Methods Serotypes and virulence genes (inv, pYV, HPI virulence island, ypm) were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Sequencing and comparison of ypm gene amplification genes were performed. Results All of the 29 strains carried inv genes encoding invading genes, 15 virulence plasmids (pYV), 13 strains carrying all or part of HPIs gene cluster, 19 strains carrying ypmA gene, 1 strain carrying ypmB gene and 1 strain carrying ypmC gene. Conclusion The distribution of virulence genes of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis has some polymorphism.
