目的:探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)与血清糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)联合检测在2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中的应用价值。方法:选择2015年7月至2016年10月期间于东莞市第三人民医院接受治疗的80例T2DM患者作为观察组,另外选择同期进行正常体检的80例健康者作为对照组,分别检测所有入选者空腹血糖(FPG)、血清CA19-9及HbA1c水平。比较80例T2DM患者糖尿病并发症发生情况。结果:与对照组相比,观察组HbA1c、FPG及CA19-9水平均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着HbA1c水平的升高,糖尿病并发症的发生率也明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清CA19-9阳性并发症发生率高于血清CA19-9阴性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CA19-9联合HbA1c检测可用于T2DM的诊断中,具有较高的临床诊断价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of combined detection of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and serum carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods: Eighty T2DM patients treated in Dongguan Third People’s Hospital from July 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the observation group. Eighty healthy subjects who underwent regular physical examinations during the same period were selected as the control group, Fasting blood glucose (FPG), serum CA19-9 and HbA1c levels. 80 cases of T2DM patients with diabetes complications. Results: The levels of HbA1c, FPG and CA19-9 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). With the increase of HbA1c level, the incidence of diabetic complications was also significantly increased (P <0.05). The positive rate of serum CA19-9 positive complication was higher than that of serum CA19-9 (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of CA19-9 and HbA1c can be used in the diagnosis of T2DM, which has a high clinical value.
