我国由计划经济转向市场经济,在这个过程中国有企业的角色转变是最大的。面对竞争日益激烈的市场经济,有效地实施绩效管理是提高企业竞争力的关键所在。但国有企业很多没有从计划经济的思维中转变过来,使绩效管理很难展开。本文从国有企业绩效管理的现状分析开始入手,通过提出国有企业在实施绩效管理过程中存在的问题,最后给出相关解决对策。
From a planned economy to a market economy in our country, the transformation of the role of state-owned enterprises is the largest in this process. Faced with an increasingly competitive market economy, the effective implementation of performance management is the key to improving the competitiveness of enterprises. However, many state-owned enterprises did not change from the thought of planned economy, making performance management difficult to start. This paper begins with the analysis of the status quo of the performance management of state-owned enterprises. By presenting the problems existing in the performance management of the state-owned enterprises, the paper gives the solutions to the problems.
