对韶钢转炉钢渣进行高温重构,采用化学萃取、XRD分析、化学分析等检测手段分析重构钢渣中C/S对RO相(MgO.FeO)转变的影响。结果显示:当C/S大于2.3时,高温重构促使钢渣中RO相分离,产生游离氧化镁(f-MgO);当C/S介于1.8~2.3时,钢渣中大部分RO相转变为镁铁尖晶石(MgO.Fe2O3),少数RO相保持稳定;当C/S小于1.8时,钢渣中RO相保持稳定。
The high temperature reconstruction of steel slag from Shaoguan Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. was carried out. The effects of C / S on the transformation of RO phase (MgO.FeO) were analyzed by chemical extraction, XRD and chemical analysis. The results show that when the C / S is greater than 2.3, the high temperature remodeling promotes the separation of the RO phases in the steel slag, resulting in the formation of free magnesium oxide (f-MgO). When the C / S ranges from 1.8 to 2.3, Magnesium iron spinel (MgO.Fe2O3), a small number of RO phase remained stable; when C / S is less than 1.8, the RO phase in the slag remained stable.
