利用荧光光谱研究了锌离子对百草枯-葫芦[7]脲包结物荧光性能的影响,发现锌离子能极大增强体系荧光。进一步研究表明对苯二胺对百草枯-葫芦[7]脲-锌离子三元络合物的荧光具有较强增敏作用,并且增敏程度与对苯二胺的加入量成正比。在初步探讨作用机理的基础上,以百草枯-葫芦[7]脲-锌离子三元络合物作为荧光探针,建立了环境污染物对苯二胺的检测方法。在最优条件下,对苯二胺的线性范围为0.04—28μmol·L-1,线性回归方程为F=751.98+299C(μmol·L-1),相关系数为r=0.9993,检出限为0.028μmol·L-1(n=11)。可能共存物干扰实验表明方法具有较好的选择性。本方法用于环境水样中痕量对苯二胺的检测,回收率为98.0%—100.4%,结果令人满意。
The effect of zinc ions on the fluorescence of paraquat-hyacinth [7] urea inclusion was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy. It was found that zinc ions can greatly enhance the fluorescence of the system. Further studies showed that para-phenylenediamine strongly sensitized the fluorescence of paraquat-cucurbit [7] urea-zinc ternary complex, and the degree of sensitization was proportional to the amount of para-phenylenediamine added. Based on the preliminary investigation of the mechanism of action, the detection method of para-phenylenediamine by environmental pollutants was established using the paraquat-cucurbit [7] urea-zinc ion ternary complex as fluorescent probe. Under the optimum conditions, the linear range of p-phenylenediamine was 0.04-28μmol·L-1, the linear regression equation was F = 751.98 + 299C (μmol·L-1), the correlation coefficient was 0.9993, the detection limit was 0.028μmol·L-1 (n = 11). Possible coexistence interference experiments show that the method has better selectivity. The method was applied to the determination of trace p-phenylenediamine in environmental water samples with a recovery of 98.0% -100.4%. The results were satisfactory.
