提高高速砂轮的强度是保证磨削过程安全性的重要因素之一。本文通过试验,分析了不同窑类、不同烧成温度曲线对不同规格高速砂轮强度的影响。不同的窑类、不同的烧成曲线对φ400 mm砂轮的破裂速度影响较小,但对于φ600 mm的大砂轮,影响就很大。通过采用缓慢的升温速度、增加驻点保温时间、适当延长最高烧成温度时的保温时间等方法,改进烧成曲线后烧制的φ600 mm砂轮的破裂速度得到了很大提高,其平均破裂速度达到108 m/s,是使用速度的1.8倍。
To improve the strength of high-speed grinding wheel is to ensure the safety of the grinding process is one of the important factors.
