[目的]探讨穿龙薯蓣中微量元素含量与产地及生长年限的关系。[方法]采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对不同产地及生长年限穿龙薯蓣中微量元素的含量进行测定。[结果]测定了64个批次穿龙薯蓣中Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu4种主要微量元素的含量,结果表明其Fe、Mn、Zn含量丰富,且2年及3年生的穿龙薯蓣中微量元素含量相对较高,1年及4年生含量相对较低。[结论]不同年生穿龙薯蓣中微量元素含量存在差异,且与产地有一定相关性。综合考虑,在生产上采收2年生穿龙薯蓣性价比最高。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the relationship between the content of trace elements in Dioscorea zingiberensis and its origin and growth period. [Method] The contents of trace elements in Dioscorea nipponica Makino were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). [Result] The contents of major trace elements Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu in 64 batches of Dioscorea nipponica Makino were determined. The results showed that the contents of Fe, Mn and Zn were abundant. Elemental content is relatively high, 1-year and 4-year-old content is relatively low. [Conclusion] The content of trace elements in Dioscorea nipponica var. Mongolica differed from year to year, and had some correlation with the origin. Taken together, in the production of 2-year-long take Longyao 蓣 cost-effective.
