本文对振动球磨机进行了理论分析,明确了主要參数间的关系;导出了一整套计算公式。在设计和改造振动球磨机时,可以根据这些分析结果和计算公式定出理想的偏心距、偏心重、弹簧刚度及所需的弹簧载荷、电机动率等。这样,可以便球磨筒中被破碎的粉末体得到最佳的运动轨迹、振幅及频率等,从而获得最高粉碎效果,并克服了以往设计振动球磨机方面存在的盲目性。
In this paper, the vibration ball mill was analyzed theoretically, the relationship between the main parameters was clarified, and a set of calculation formulas were derived. In the design and transformation of the vibration ball mill, according to these analysis results and calculation formula to determine the ideal eccentricity, eccentric weight, spring stiffness and the required spring load, motor power rate. In this way, the crushed powder body in the ball mill can obtain the best movement track, amplitude and frequency, so as to obtain the highest crushing effect, and overcome the blindness in the prior design of vibrating ball mill.
