目的:探讨转移因子的耐热性。方法:将转移因子溶液分别加热至50,60,70,80℃保温30 min,按质量标准检验,鉴定其理化指标和生物学指标的变化。结果:核糖、游离氨基酸、吸光度比值、活力等检验项目均未发生变化,多肽含量在70℃、80℃时,由5.7 mg·ml~(-1)降至5.6 mg·ml~(-1)。结论:转移因子耐热,在80℃以下其主要成份和生物活性稳定。
Objective: To investigate the heat resistance of transfer factor. Methods: The transfer factor solution were heated to 50,60,70,80 ℃ for 30 min, according to the quality standard test to identify changes in its physical and chemical indicators and biological indicators. Results: The test items such as ribose, free amino acids, absorbance ratio and activity did not change. The content of polypeptide decreased from 5.7 mg · ml -1 to 5.6 mg · ml -1 at 70 ℃ and 80 ℃, . Conclusion: The transfer factor is thermostable and its main components and bioactivity are stable below 80 ℃.
